Enables the POP25 (Programming Over Project 25) Batch Programmer to
Write Protect the radios in the Selected
Radios list. When enabling this field, an Owner ID - Advanced
Key match (loaded and attached) must
exist for each
target radio. 
Other Write Protect Rules for the "Codeplug
Open Method" do also apply.
When the radio is model / option capable.
